About Me
Saurabh Jain
I help organisations grow, this may be through consulting, board membership or mentorship for your CEO and management team. The companies I have the greatest impact on are the ones that need an entrepreneurial boost by a non-exec who understands the interaction of technology, commercialisation, and people management.
I started my career as a software developer who took a risk and founded a startup that grew to have over 2,500 customers before being acquired by Telstra. All this before I finished university.
After this amazing experience, I found myself drawn to roles in SaaS commercialisation. This led me to several senior executive positions, including CEO and Executive Director of Urbanise, an ASX-listed SaaS company. I am currently on seven boards where I help companies achieve their goals.

Why I'm called CEO Whisperer
I believe to be a successful leader you have to first understand yourself. For me, this was done through my mindfulness meditation (not for everyone I know but it worked for me.)
The 100 days of silent meditation I have done over the past year has helped me see that often saying fewer words leads to a deeper impact.
